Introductory Call (Families)
We schedule a 15-minute call with families to discuss expectations, answer questions, and confirm mutual fit before proceeding.
Matching Process
We manually match families with suitable nannies based on experience, availability, location, and specific requirements. No automated systems—just careful, thoughtful matching.
Introduction & Placement
We facilitate introductions between families and nannies, support the interview process, and help ensure a smooth placement.
Ongoing Support
We remain available to provide guidance and support throughout the placement to ensure everything runs smoothly.
